I used to get the wrong DVD's sometimes but i raised a fit and it hasn't happened since. If you let them know they're usually very friendly about it and will credit you as long as it doesn't become a habit.
Netflix though not blockbuster. I heard wal-mart will start doing movie rentals online but through netflix.

We've had 2 issues with Netflix. One time, the cd was gone, altogether...the post office had something to do with that. We e-mailed netflix, they sent us another one, no questions asked the next day. Another time, the cd was so scratched it was almost unwatchable. So we told them, and they took care of that, however they do that. But they are always on time, and always great to work with.
I don't know of any other company besides Netflix or Blockbuster to rent through the mail. You could always google it and find out??

Netflix just had a lawsuit for purposely sending dvds late. I have never gotten a broken one, but that is sure to happen every so often. What my mother did was NOTHING. I wish she did speak up, but too bad. I haven't heard of any major online rental places, but you should google it.

I love Netflix, I've only had one problem (scratch on dvd), but they sent another right out. The turn-around time is excellent.

The only problem I've ever experienced is DVD's either being dirty(finger prints and smudge mark) or scratched. The scratch is what kills me, it's always right at the most critical part of the movie...always!

Been using them since the beginning and never had a problem (except when they temporarily raised their prices) but I live about 10 miles from their headquarters so that could make a difference.
