Drink a glass of water right when you wake up. Eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up. Do not drink soda. Do not eat fast food. Avoid anything containing MSG. Do not eat for the last 3 hours before your bed time. Drink lots of water. Choose whole foods and organic foods whenever you can. Take a multivitamin every day. Avoid caffeine. Eat reasonable portions. Drink a glass of water before each meal. Have a big breakfast, a medium meal and a light dinner.
Or you could stop eating altogether and take up smoking 2 packs a day. (DONT do that - it is a joke)
Make more healthy choices and you may not be guaranteed to lose weight that fast, which by the way is an unhealthy rate, but you will feel and look a lot better after making those changes.
Shoot for losing 1 pound a week, and don't put off the weight loss until the last week next time.
One more thing - I am sure you are beautiful at your current weight and losing 5 pounds isn't so drastic of a change that you will look that much better. Be proud of who you are and be thankful you have no eating disorders. Be proud that you are a healthy person and take pride in what you put into your body. When you feel like a million bucks and your blood pressure and cholesterol are where they ought to be, your appearance will improve so much more than just dropping 5 pounds. Confidence and self-esteem girl!

Here is something that has worked for me and i'm currently doing it too..
Have 1 meal a day. It can be anything you want. Eat around noon.
About 8 hours later, if you get hungry again, eat a second meal, only this time, have a much smaller quantity.
You will lose between a half a pound and a pound a day doing this.
You will also begin to see results instantly, the next day too.
I once weighed 218. I'm down to 213 as of today. I've been doing this for a week and a bit. It took some time to discover this and now i want to share it with everyone.

Atkins. You'll easily lose a pound a day without exercise, just from automatic activities like breathing and heartbeat and such. There's a lot of people who make complaints about Atkins, but if you actually read the book you'll see that every possible worry has been addressed. It makes you feel GREAT to get rid of the sugar addiction; you're never hungry and have tons of energy from burning fat.

A diet called Eat to Live- by Dr. Joel Fuhrrman. www.eattolive.com
The diet is based on a vegetable and fruit base- 90% of what you eat must fall into this category. No salt, no sugar, no chemicals. Dark Greens, salads, low starch vegetables, fruit, nuts and little avacado and flax seed. If you need animal portein, he recommends a little fish or chicken, 4oz 2 x per week. Check it out. The first week is hard, but it works, and also reduces bloating and menstrual cramps. I lost twenty pounds over the first 4-6 weeks. my depression improved, and my skin got really clear.

Losing five pounds of fat in a week is almost impossible unless you are significantly overweight. You can lose a couple of pounds of fat and a few more pounds of water weight in a week. I would suggest avoiding foods high in sodium. That means almost all processed foods and almost all food at restuarants. Go with salads (light or no dressing) and fresh fruit and drink water. Non-fat frozen yogurt is a good treat or meal replacement. Also, I hear cutting out diet soda can help you lose a few pounds of water weight, but I am not sure that is true. Good luck.

An easy way would be to eliminate or reduce refined sugar or sucrose. If you drink a lot of soda, switch to diet soda. Or switch to water, drink eight or more glasses a day. Do this in conjunction with increased physical activity, such as walking or riding a bike.
