It's a book actually, but I wouldn't expect any of you halfwits that inhabit this site to know that.

Come the revolution, all non-vegetarians will be lined up against the proverbial wall, and shot. Serves them right for eating their fellow creatures!

If apes evolved to the point of dominance and intelligence, it stands to reason in Darwinian terms that homo sapiens evolved further. The supposition that roles would be reversed is erroneous and the stuff fiction is made of.

The concept of devolution is not a new one. Many have theorised that with the advent and advancement in medical science, genetic strands that should die off are not only surviving but propagating and thriving. In other words, it is no longer as simple as that of the survival of the fittest. However, devolution requires thousands of years and it would not signify a regression to an ape-like status. It is more likely to mean a delineation on the journey of evolution.

Planet of the Apes...good movie..Its just that....a movie. For this to happen first you have to believe in evolution. Secondly, you have to be smokin somethin good to actually post this question.

If evolution is true then why are there still primitive apes in the modern world?
According to Darwin, it is surival of the fittest, if you do not evolve you will eventually become extinct. Evolution was the need to change in order to adapt to ones surroundings. So wouldnt it be that is we evolvd from apes to aviod extermination, how are there still apes around? Wouldnt they have died off since they didnt evolve? Makes no sense to me.

Most of the dominant humans that run the countries are already monkeys.

Then you would have to deal with the Planet of the Apes scenario. Good luck with being a slave to the apes instead of apes being our slaves.

It would take a long time, but maybe the humans would re-evolve and devise ways of re-gaining power. That would mean all races/religions uniting. I couldn't say who'd win.

EDIT:
Religion would be irrelevant, as it would be obsolete.
