Because their mothers are twins and have identical DNA, and their fathers are twins and have identical DNA, the cousins would be as genetically similar as siblings. They would have the same chance of looking similar that brothers and sisters do.

They may look similar or may look different. No way to tell. I mean when a husband and wife have kids and lets say they have 6 kids, do they all lookthe same, even though same DNA every time. No its just luck of the draw. So yeah kids might look similar or they might not

specific. basically like there are circumstances the place one set of mom and dad have 2 little ones who look precisely alike. It has precisely an analogous risk of occurring - i.e. very small. Genetically the little ones you describe are siblings.
