Go for a good funny movie - The Ringer, Soulplane.
Or 'Ray' is an excellent movie with Jamie Foxx portraying the role of Ray Charles.

There was a movie that came out about 8-9 years ago called Arlington Road with Tim Robbins and Jeff Bridges. I hate both of those guys, but that is one of my favorite thrillers of all time and actually, pretty relevant still today.

It depends what you're looking for. My husband's off out with his mates tonight, and I just watched Mean Girls, which has been out for a while and I've seen before, but I still really, really enjoy. It's a kind of watered down version of Heathers, which if you've never seen you should forget everything else and rent because it is utterly, utterly brilliant.

I believe "Crash" was an awesome movie for all movie watchers. I am a girl and don't always like action movies, and don't always like girly movies, but this movie was a movie I actually really got into!
I watched United 93 this past weekend and cried like a baby. It was so good but it will definitely piss you off sometimes (bcuz of the terrorists.)

It all depends on what you like, any of Adam Sandlers are quite funny, if you prefer horror I would suggest hostage or the hills have eyes (both quite visual), the ringer is another comedy, or one of my favorites would have to be guess who. If anyone could help with my question I would be very gratefull, search 'grand gesture' or click my name.
p.s. I nearly forgot, if you like girlie films, 'mean girls' or 'the hot chick' are the best.

If you like arty and deep, Memoirs Of A Geisha.
If you like action with style, The Island.
If you want a perfect movie, Titanic,
If you want romance, Love Actually.
A tear-jerker that's also hilarious, Calendar Girls.
A regular Hollywood cookie cutter movie, don't ask me.
