Did you already exercise today?? Sounds like you're feeling laaaazy.... Here's a good plan. A happy medium. Go for a brisk walk for at least 1/2 hour. Get your blood moving. When you get home, make something healthy. A nice big salad, a smoothie- something that hits the spot, but won't drag your body down. THEN, reward yourself with some tv, or read a book. Hey, pop some popcorn while you watch the tv! Yum! Exercise AND relax! You don't have to do one or the other!

Depends if you want to end your life as a fat couch potato or not.
Though if the weather happens to be awful outside where you are you may be excused from running.
Otherwise go run, there is nothing ever on TV your brain couldn't easily do without. Your body, however, needs some exercise to keep functioning properly...

Run! You'll never believe what you can see! I once started running up in the mountains where I went to high school, and because of constant bear sightings my friends and I were always on the lookout! Well on my way to run over to one of buddies homes I saw a baby cub on the telephone pole. Well I ran like crazy until I knew I was far out of the scent of the mother who I knew had to be around! Well once I made to my friends house we ran down into town, where low and behold we had to stop at an intersection and we couldn't figure out why all of these people we staring up! Well we looked where they all were looking and in an instant we saw a local pastor getting his groove on with a lady in the congregation! They had forgotten to close the church window.
Go run! You may miss something outside!

If you want to be fat and very unhealthy, keep on watching tv and eating. If you would like to be healthy and live a longer life, get going! You don't necessarily need to run, a nice fast walk will do the same for you. I would suggest get moving!

Do whatever you feel like doing, but if you want to prioritize,
do the run first and then come home, take a shower, and then
eat and watch tv. Exercise should take precedence over TV.

It depends on what you want to watch is it a your favourite show? of not go for a run first (excersise should always come first) than watch t.v.!
