Let me guess. You've lived in a bubble for your whole life and managed to get to college without ever learning 'how to' do something.
Wow! That is an accomplishment.
There's no point in asking us to tell you what to write about. We don't have the foggiest notion of what you know how to do. Do you play any sports? Can you tell someone else how to do that? Have you ever cooked a meal? Could you share that experience with someone. If you can't cook, have you ever ordered a meal in a restaurant? Can you outline the dangers and pitfalls attendant to that process?
If all else fails, do some research on how to fix an eggbeater, and share that. But I'll bet you've just wrinkled your nose at that idea. So why not write a paper on how to decide on a topic for a paper? If your examiner has any sense of humor, you might get marks just for audacity.

Be very specific as if someone from another planet needed to do it and had no idea what anything was called or what it was used for. Doing that, you could write a paper on how to make a pb&j sandwich and make it interesting.
put sheets on a bed
change a printer cartridge
eat at a restaurant

What do you like? What are you good at? Take something you enjoy (food, dancing, bar-hopping, hiking, introspection, whatever) and go from there. It just depends what you are interested in. Give some things you're interested in and we can give more specific examples.
