Hey! Im 22, soon to be 23 and 5 months pregnant. Im not a "girly girl" and I am starting to out-grow my regular clothes. Does anyone know of a store, or online store, where I can get cute clothes that arent super girly? Some people have suggested I buy a larger size, but I dont want to look frumpy or "dirty". any suggestions?

Old navy has some decent maternity jeans, just buy a pair that looks like your normal style of jeans.
I bought size medium or large stretchy material sweaters, and they looked good during and after my pregnancy.
Long t-shirts or tanks in a size larger did the trick for me too, and didn't break the bank. I can still wear it all and I went from being 175 LBs the day I gave to birth back down to 130 LBs.

I completely agree with you on the baggy clothes thing. You're not gaining weight for no reason - you're pregnant. The Gap has some cute maternity clothes, their jeans are pretty comfortable and so are their plain t-shirts. Plus if you don't like them they let you take them right back to the store instead of having to pay to ship them back.

Old Navy, Gap, Motherhood Maternity, Mimi Maternity

Or you could do like me...I bought 95% of mine on Ebay. They are cheaper and remember you dont wear these clothes that long. Don't spend an overload of money on them. But splurge on a few though! You deserve it.

Congrats!

i am so not a girly girl, and i love motherhood. they have great blue jeans that actually button in the front, and they have "frilly free" tops too. Splurge too! Splurge a lot if you don't want to look like any old prego on the street shop at motherhood, be hot prego like you are hot every other day of the week. You deserve it.

Old Navy has a pretty cute maternity line. I love stylish, sophisticated clothes. Believe it or not, Wal-Mart had some cute stuff too!

some maternity close can be ugly but they have sweat suits if you don't like girly girl clothes. also, you can wear tube tops for pregnant women. it reveals your upper shoulders, but covers you entire stomach down to your waist. it is good because sometimes when you are pregnant you feel ugly or fat so it feels good to wear something sexy and attractive.

if you can't find what you want in the mall , look in the phone book for a seamstress and speak with her about altering the clothes you like to fit your belly . i did it was not expensive and i was very happy she got me from my 4 month till the month after my baby was born
