Well, I stopped taking the pill back in June 2002 and my husband and I had that "well, if it happens, it happens" attitude. We didn't really start trying until 2 years ago, but technically, I was vulnerable for almost 4 years. We did the whole fertility thing all last year and found out that I have borderline PCOS and Endometriosis. I was on 3 cycles of clomid and had 2 IUI's done -- all were unsuccessful. My doctor had me on metformin to treat my PCOS and I continued using it even though I stopped seeing her (she gave me 4 additional prescriptions). I finally got pregnant in May; I'm 22 weeks now. Even though my fertility treatments didn't help me immediately, I believe that they still had a hand in me getting pregnant.

Good luck!

Its been almost exactly 2 years and I just got a postive home pregnancy test!

I was diagnosed with minor symptoms of PCOS and put on Metformin in March. This helped me get pregnant.

I believe God will bless you when it is time.
