"I have never been more touched by a book in my entire life. This book by far is my favorite book that I will probably read over and over again. I just finished in in 4 days--which is a huge thing because it normally takes me months to finish one book--and I even end up never finishing them! This book, I couldn't put down. I had to see what happened next.

The Lord definitley challenged my thinking and my perspective of things. I have been dating a man for 5 years now, that has been nothing but good to me--just like Michael. He even calls me beloved. I realized how thankful I am for him and how much I am truly blessed. I can't wait to marry him in January!

The Lord also showed me how much I run away from Him but He is constantly running after me, fighting for me. (Not that I haven't seen or knew this before, because I have, my perspective changed because I saw it explained in a different way) My love for the Lord has grown so much more in my understanding of this.

I would reccomend this book to anyone. So please read it. It's fabulous."

I absolutely LOVED this book. The Christian theme made it even better because that's what I look for in romance novels--otherwise I don't know if there's going to be anything unsafe. But this book is amazing. I love how Francine Rivers adapted the story of Hosea to make it more modern than in the Bible-times era. It is definitely in my Top 10 list. I have read it twice and might read it again in the near future. I would recommend it to anyone who likes clean romance novels with good plots.

If you want my opinion about the book: I can't even begin to tell you how much I loved the book! (Or any of Francine River's books)
I LOVE it!!
It is such a beautiful romance novel-even though it is a Christian fiction novel, it's just great romance.
I cried and I laughed...it's a wonderful book.
It's just a great book- PERIOD.
If you are thinking of reading the book: READ it! =) And any other of her books too!

NOpe, but I know many people who loved it. It sounds too depressing for me. I have tried to read other ones by Rivers and just couldn't take the violence.
