I saw it once after many trips thru there I paid the few bucks and took the tour.............pretty cheesy.

Yes, I was tempted. It was a waste of $2. I should've just bought something at dairy queen!

You're a braver one than me. I remember those signs, one every mile or so, telling you how much further it was to see "The Thing". I drove that route at least twice a year when I was in the Navy and going home on leave. Never did stop though. From your description, I made a wise choice.

Cheesy is a compliment...it is some sort of mumified/wrapped 'thing'. Save your money.

I know i have been there . At first they make it looke all interesting and misterious on the billboards and then your there and boom it lame and cheesy
