Sorry, no picture graph for you. But, since a circle is 360°, you can subtract 360° from 7000° as many times as you want without affecting the angle. Note that 7000°-(19)360° = 160°, which is 20° short of a straight line.

Besides, a picture graph of this is rather difficult. But you can imagine that the angle went around 19 times before it ended up at 160°.

360 x 19 = 6840 Degrees

7000 - 6840 = 160

It will take 19 revilutions counter clockwise direction and it will have a coterminal angle of 160°, Quadrant II
