Even if you want to gain weight, you probably should do it in a healthy way so that your body is getting the right nutrients and not all the bad stuff you get from a typical weight gain by eating fast foods all the time. There is a great website at www.mypyramidtracker.gov that can help you assess your current weight and help you gain weight the right way. Good luck!

Its not what you eat but when.If you eat right before you go to bed you will gain weight fast.I was doing that after working a late shift and gained about 40 pounds in the course of 6 months or less. But I also ate like a cow most of that time and have since cut way back and lost that and more

I have a horrible time gaining weight and keeping it on...I've had 3 kids, and I'm 5'4 100 lbs..nothing i seem to eat helps, but..chicken, steaks, starches, any coffee from Starbucks...pizza, donuts, stuff like that, high protein high carbs. but be careful, all of that stuff in moderation...chicken, steak and pasta all in one day is a good start...add some extra fruits and veggies in there too, don't forget to get some exercise too though.

For firming fingers use dumbells and do weights workouts. weight-help plan: eat clean ingredients - stuff that hasnt been processed to a lot. swtich all of your wheats products to total wheat (pasta, bread), then eat vegetables and culmination, meat, hen and fish. only be ingesting more energizing ingredients you could change into healtheri because you circumvent preservatives and sugars. yet i imagine 20lb in 2 months will be pushing it - youll have a difficult time doing that. yet when youre prepared to have it take a touch longer, then you fairly shouldnt have any concerns only by skill of ingesting proper and exercisng. good success. sorry about my spelling.

I've been trying to do that for the past two years eating all the foods recommended above. I still haven't gained any weight, so I'm not sure what to tell you. Is your metabolism as fast as mine?

It must be nice to think about what to eat to gain weight than to think about losing it. Eating things that are extremely high in carbohydrates like chips, bread, potatoes, rice, pizza, pasta, and sweets. These things will add pounds quick. What I wouldn't give for just one day of being in your shoes. Good luck!!!

Wow, I wish I had that problem. I'd like to lose 20 pounds. I'd do what I did to get where I am - eat lots of ice cream, bagels with cream cheese, and eat late at night. That should do the trick!
