Why India is not developing like China?

How says India is not devloping like china India is devloping faster than China. In china devlopment was started in 70s and now its devloped while in India it is just started after 95 so after 10 -20 Indial will be more devloped than China.

We have different kind of governments.In India,under democracy your government can not pass or implement unpopular laws and rules.In china no body can question the Communist party about any rule or regulation they want in the country.In china no body can dare say against one child policy,but in India when Indira Gandhi try to enforce family planning,she lost next elections.You have to pay some price for democracy.

1.They have one main language,culture,religion unlike India
2.China has not been invaded by foreigners.
3.Autocratic rule has enforced discipline in China.There is democracy in India without discipline.
In spite of all the handicaps India is slowly catching up with China.

because:
1 : manpower is cheaper in china and this attracts major investors, hence the manufacturers enter china, and results as hub of the huge market share of the world.( thats why things have tags i.e made in china)
2 : the decision makers for any industry or foreign investors are to be passed by corrupt politicians in India.(thats why investors dont prefer investing in Indian based manufacturing units)

India is developing in its own pace. it has changed a lot after independence. India will be super power in 21 st century.
