They are both spanish slang that refers to really cute women, the literary translation will be MAMACITA= Little mama MAMASOTA= Big mama, or it's equivalent in english something like "Holly Mamma!"

greg s could not be more wrong... Mamasita (diminutive for Mama) is Slang, it litterally means little mother, but it is as a reference to a "hot" girl, Foxy, etc.
Mamasota is the opposite (big Mother), but it is not as used... (at least not in Mexico, may be south america).
