I need to advertise the companies new apartment off studio rooms. It is a residence for students only and the cost is £140 - £180 per week. I have 300 rooms to get filled by november. Any ideas or suggestions to go about it?

It is in Angel and the rooms have spectacular views, it is monitured by security over night and the company is very selective on who gets to stay as it has a very good reputation and high levels off standards.

The company also accepts bulk bookings. For example: If a Uni wanted to booked upto 30 rooms for however long they wish too then an arrangement can be made.

I am open to any ideas, suggestions, experience or offers to help me accomplish this task. Even if you don't thinkits worth mentioning, Im all ears as every single bit off information made lead onto something big.

Thanks for reading this and I appreciate all your contributions.

Is that Angel in North London? If so you should not have any problem letting them out, it is a property hotspot with lots of students and young professionals. An attractive ad with photo of the flats in the local paper should get a result. Also try putting up a webpage.

Why not contact the accommodation offices at the different universities and ask if you can come in and meet them and introduce your accommodation? All the universities have accommodation offices - check out their websites for details - and they are all desperate to find clean, safe, affordable places for their students.
Unis in the area include City, London Met, University College, London Guildhall, and LSE.

I agree with the previous answerer, there's something weird here.

Most students can't afford £100 a week, let alone £140.

Students are the last people to care about wonderful views or great security.

If you're letting to students, no point in being "very selective"

It's October. Most students will now have made their accommodation arrangements for the current academic year.

Why have your new employers given you this impossible task ? These studios should be advertised to an entirely different group - for example, young professionals visiting London. I would approach companies in the City and West End, with a view to people visiting on short term contracts, too long for a hotel stay.

But I would also ask myself what kind of company I was working for to give me such a stupid, time wasting brief

The company is "very selective" yet wants "students only"?! The company expects students to pay a minimum of £140 per week??!! The company is starting to let after term has already started???!!! I think I can see why you need help.

Look love, you're out of your depth there. You'd better jack in the job and go back on the jam roll.

Use Rightmove.co.uk.
You then need to market it in the local press.
May also be worth talking to any student bodies in the area.
