I would move the veggies with meat around with the 6:15 fruit. You're feeding her her heaviest meal closest to bedtime and that isn't a good habit to get into eating a big meal that late. Also at 10 months she should be going a lot longer than 2.5 hrs. between feedings reguardless of what you are feeding her. Sounds like you're keeping it healthy though and that's the most important. She is getting close to dropping the formula and switching to regular milk any way so I wouldn't worry to much about that. Milk/formula or water with every meal. Dentists reccomend only 1 serving (4-6 oz.) of juice per day because to much juice leads to cavities. Fresh fruit is much better. I would try to strech her out to 3 to 3.5 hrs. between meals and drop the 8:30 feeding. A drink before bath, bed and brushing teeth would be a good replacement for that later feeding. Good luck. Keep up the good work.

Sounds like a healthy eater. Don't worry it is likely in another 6 months you'll be asking "why doesn't my 16 month old eat enough".
