yahoo messanger cant be send properly?

i am using my yahoo messanger for chatting but when i send a message messange goes from my side but the reciver gets a blank text on his screen i have tryed with most of them who use yahoo message but the problem is same i have tryed to re-install message but the oroblem is same can any one give a right suggestion on it

Make sure that your FONT COLOR is set appropriately -- try changing it to a different color to see if it makes a difference

u better reinstall Microsoft office
