If you use someones Electric Razor wil it cause you to get spots more easily? And also if you don't shave everyday?

It could be ingrown hairs. Use a loofah to lather up (unless it's your face! For face, use a rough washcloth). This'll help with the acne-like bumps from ingrown hairs.

Don't share the razor!!!
blood/skin embedded in used blades.
You can get bacterial infections.
Acne too.
