what's going to happen at an orientation?

Most companies will tell you about themselves, what they do, and what they expect from their employees. If they can, they will even discuss the job requirements etc that you would be responsible for. Might possibly be some training involved.

But don't worry. Orientations are usually pretty cool and not much of a headache to go thru.

They basically just introduce you to the company, and go over all their rules and regulations that will probably be in the handbook also.

It's also a chance to back out if you feel you're not cut out for it, or don't like what you hear.
