it is safe.
i would suggest you have her prepare herslef. may be use small sex aids to get her used to the feelings. and of course use a finger a couple of times first. she needs to get used to it.
use lots of lube.
i would suggest she goes to restroom 20 minutes before u plan to do it. use lube, caress her. use a condom and listen to her. if she says no. stop.
if u listen, she will liekly try again.
it can be fun...

Like everyone else said, use a condom and lots of lube. Also, if you do decide to have anal sex, make sure you do not have vaginal sex again til you have showered or washed, because the bacteria from the anus can bring infection if introduced into the vagina. And good luck, I let my husband try it a couple times....and my 2 c-sections hurt less.

It is Safe.......its not Unnatural like some ppl are saying on here....if your wife is relaxed enough it will be pleasant for her...admittedly you might need to use some lube and thats where its upto you to decide what you want to use,if you know what i mean,i.e like your tongue,yes i know ppl will go ewwwwww,but have they ever felt a tongue on their a*s?,well believe me your wife will love the feel of it,mine does and at the beginning of our relationship she was in two minds about if she liked anal...now she loves it honestly...the main thing in a relationship is to experiment,dont give up on the first try,good luck

Make sure that she went before you guys plan on doing it...and is completely clean in order to avoid any messy endings.
I think you should keep kissing and caressing her while you try to put it in.Also, lube is really important...you should finger her and try to get her open and ready for you.
Be gentle and let her guide it in...sometimes, if she is in slight pain then just keep your position, she will loosen up and then guide you the rest of the way...
