what you using to process them?

a little reverb helps-mind you i said ALITTLE. also try using different effects on the vocals-chopping them up a bit-placing them in different area's of sound spectrum (panning).

most of the vocals you hear have reverb and some delays on them. not much to them-vocals aren't usually heavily processed unless it calls for-for the song. most often they simply have reverb and delay on them.

who you trying to sound like? i might beable to help.

ight i just peeped out a few of your songs. not bad. but you seriously need to learn rap in the mic better-first off its waaaaaaaaaaaaay to loud-lower your vocals a bit son-don't yell into them mic. your vocals need help in the eq dept. also like the one guy said-your mic ain't up to par- BUUUUUUUUUT. IT AIN'T BAD AND UNLIKE THAT GUY BELOW-YOU CAN FIX THAT MIC PROBLEM.

start by not yelling in the mic. what he was crying more about was the back ground noise-there's plenty of it-but i'll assume that's because you aren't in a sound box.

starting with a decent condenser mic like that is a good start, but i've gotta tell you, i've made recordings with mics in that $100-$250 range and they just don't compare to a real studio mic.

another thing that can make a big difference is your preamp and converter.

your soundclick songs are decent, and i wish there was some magical tip i could give you, but no amount of effects or tweaking can fix a poor signal from a mediocre mic.
