Do people know when you have blocked them on MSN?

There are ways to know if you have blocked by another user or not. You can check if the user is online or not from another account. But the thing that you should know that contacts that you delete they can know that you have deleted them by going to the Tools then options then privacy...right click on the name you want if the delete option appeared it means that this user have deleted you from his/her contact list.

They can log on with a different screen name to see if you're really online or not.
