The cheap yet most effective drugstore band is Revlon's Superlustrous Lipgloss. They have a variety of pretty colors and it's only $5.99. Lasts a long time too considering I use it incredibly often. I especially like their Nude Lustre.

I'm not sure about glosses. But Avon Beyond Colour Lip Plumping lipsticks and conditioners are best. I have used them everyday for 2 years almost. Just go to the cosmetics in Wal-Mart and you can find tons of lip glosses cheap. I use Skittles gloss, but there are also lots of other good glosses. Walgreens also has a large selection.

Well I dont know about any plumping lip glosses but AVON has a really good plumping lipstick it comes in a variety of colors and is about 8 bucks...I am attaching the link to it...Good luck on finding your lip gloss though....

Well it isn't lipgloss but it's a clear chapstick i absolutley love it! its called loreal lip boost.
