I agree not all medical professionals are up to no good!My aunt is an RN,and honest as the day is long about all that she does for her patients.Please try to have a good day!

Well ....OK it will take you a couple weeks to learn the symbology of prescriptions. Nursing programs have pharmacology texts.
As to medicine at large. It is headed down hill in this country.
Check in comparison to other countries. I suggest infant mortality figures. These are easily found on the web, and are not good for my favorite country, the good old US of A.

Welcome to Nursing. I am a nurse and let me tell you...it is the least respect, long hour, unappreciated profession. Keep your chin up and Good Luck. Nursing is hard but very rewarding when you can touch someone's life and make a difference for them!

Perhaps if you had worded your question more clearly and mentioned that you just started nursing, the responses would have been different. Garbage in, garbage out.
And whether you're nursing or not, why would you ask about *writing* prescriptions? That's still not your job.
