I lost the bet to 15 year old girl and she said I have to dress up like a girl for Halloween.I told my parents I am not going to do it but thay said a bet is bet and that I had to do it so this would be a lesson for me that I shouldn't bet.
The girl said I have to wear
Pink lace and silky panties
Pink garter belt with stockings
A pink basque(I don't know how to spell it)
Pink 4" heels
All the makup and nails
And I have to shave my legs!!!
I don't know what is Basque and garter belt is or what it looks like
Please tell me and pictures would help
And do you thank she is being unfair

You did lose a bet. Unfortunate that you're so young and have to dress in such perverse drag though. Anyways hun, a garter belt is something that goes around your hips or waist and it has four things that hang down, two in the front and two in the back. They hook on to your thigh high stockings to keep them from falling down. Like suspenders for your stockings, but sexier. lol You can find some cheap ones at target or walmart probably but she said they have to be pink....try Victorias Secret or Frederick's of Hollywood. Haha I can't believe I just told a 14 yr old boy to go there. Ahhh! A Basque is like a corset or a bustier (boo-stee-yay). They also have those there at VS or Freddie's. I still can't believe you're 14 though, that's pretty kinky for a boy. Whatever though. Oh, and if you're wearing stockings, get small knit fishnet or black...so you DON'T SHAVE YOUR LEGS.

Oh you are in TROUBLE! A garter belt is the lacey thing that goes around your waist and has the strap hanging down that holds up thigh high panty hose. I dont even know what a basque is but if it goes with your 4" heels and shaved legs......you are gonna be a hoochie for Halloween. I guess you lost so you better own up. Why dont you try to cut a deal with her on the outfit and agree to wear a skirt and shave your legs but leave off the panties and garter belt. Maybe she will feel sorry for you. PS: no more bets for you ever again!!

There is an old saying that you should bet anything that you are not prepared to lose.
You made the bet; you pay the price. If you had won, would you have "collected" your winnings?
A basque is essentially an upper body corset, either with or without suspenders (for stockings).
A garter belt is a belt with suspenders used for holding up the stockings.
Tell your girlfriend that she has forgotten to include your girlie handbag.

you will be a real man when this is all over. Do not torture yourself; just go alone with it; do not shave your legs; just buy some stockings and let your mom help you. The lipstick, the nail, the pink outfit will be gone the next day and you will feel good about keeping your bet; loosing a bet is much better that winning one;

no she is not being unfair. you did make the bet. BUT you should be able to negotiate on the costume itself. there have been plenty of guys who have dressed up as women for halloween. if you are buying the costume though then you should have a say in what you will wear
