My stomach has always been sensitive since a young age. Every time I stress out it hurts and makes me nauseated. Lately it's been out of hand. My intake of food has been minimal and when I do eat it seems to make it worse. I've lost too much weight. I'm now 5'9'' and only 121 pounds. I'm usualy lean but with curves. I just feel like I'm too skinny now, but food just hurts.
I've been really stressed lately as I'm getting layed off, my wallet was stolen with money in it but also my green card which I'm in the process of getting back but this will be a good 6 months until I do. In teh mean time, I can't find another job. I'm also currently working with my ex and my current boyfriend... I just feel pretty intense at all times if not depressed.....

I have been to the doctor many of times for this. They can't seem to pin point it further than stress. I've done blood work for thyroid problems, and it doesn't seem to be that.
Saltine crakers do work, they're about the only thing I can take that won't upset my stomach more when it hurts, it's just not nutrional enough.
No I can't change the job situation as I'm still waiting for paperwork to come back to prove I'm legal to work. The job will be ending in 2 months anyway.

As far as the job thing, can you work for a temporary agency for now?In regards to the boys, keep work at work and personal stuff elsewhere.Since problems arise so often, you may consider saltine crackers,or beef broth as opposed to solid foods (subsitute beef broth for lunch).Your wallet I assume had all your vital info, but can be replaced, but takes time.Dont feel bad mine was stolen by my supposed best friend! You need a comfort zone by yourself to relax, and then attack your problems one at a time!Best of luck.

Stress can make your stomach do these things. Since you are have trouble eating and are losing weight I think that it is a great idea to see a doctor about this and also about depression which sounds like it might actually be the underly cause. If you want more information on syptoms caused by stress or depression I suggest searching webMD. It is a very useful site. I hope the best for you.

Meditate. Meditate. Meditate. You've already answered your own questions. You know it's stress. You know what the stress is doing to your body. Find a way to let it go. Your body will thank you.

I think you can always try a homeopathic pharmacist to help iron out the problem with some remedies.
