There are many type of business organisations.
a. Sole proprietorship concerns_ it does not require any registration other that registration under shops and establishments Act. You can straight away start it.
b. partnership concern. _ If there are more than one interested parities you can opt for this one. It can be regd under Indian Partnership Act, 1932.
c. Companies. This is the most apt form of business, if you are planing to start business in a big way. ie. by collecting share capital etc.
These are the main types of business set ups.But the relevancy of this can be decided only upon the requirement of the entrepreneur.
