Use liquid eyeliner. Also depends how you do your make up and whether your top lid rests on your eyelid. Then it will smudge. You can look at changing the way you apply your make up. See a beautician for advice. Its free at big stores normally.

MAC's liquid eyeliner does not smudge what so ever unless you rub it of course or get it wet. I have been using for like 10 years now...amazing!

Go to www.cosmeticscop.com. Order the gel eyeliner and use a fine brush to apply it. The stuff is like a miracle. I have the same problem you do typically, but this stuff does NOT budge. It's a little expensive...$10, I think. But I still got it in every color because it's SO immovable.

Dab pressed powder on the eyes before applying. Sometimes it helps if you apply a neutral eyeshadow on the entire eyelid before applying the eyeliner. If you are using liquid eyeliner, try using a pencil (like Revlon colorstay) first, and then use the liquid on top of that.

use the waterproof liquid eyeliner by maybelline. it doesn't smudge and stays on for a long time.

Get waterproof pencil eyeliner, or try using liquid eyeliner both regular or waterproof.

don't put your foundation up there. That is why is smudges. Or you are using to much. my grandmother taught me a trick for after you put all of your make up on then get your hairspray and VERY LIGHTLY spray you face really quick and you make up will stay in place.
PLEASE CLOSE YOUR EYES AND MOUTH IF AND WHEN YOU DO THIS!!!!

liquid eyeliner stays put a lot better than regular, in my experience
