I have an offer to work in the States, they would make all the neccesary to get my work visa, will be a good job, it seems too great to be real, maybe is fake. Is there a website where I can see all the legal companies in the states as well as the reputation or status of the owner. Thanks.

No company would pay for your relocation and start your H-1 sponsorship if they were not legitimate. If you are asked for any "fees" for anything outside the scope of personal costs associated with any move, THAT would be a huge red flag.

Bottom line is that is you have proof of some sort that they have processed your H-1 you can rest assured they wouldn't spend several thousand dollars on someone if they didn't expect them to make it back through your hard work.

If its a large company you can visit the Better Business Bureau(BBB) website. It has an extensive list of companies with all the praise or complaints they have recieved. You should be able to find out where they are located from the people recruiting you. If you have there city and state you can contact the chamber of commerce and find out if they are legitimate and well established. Also, if they are taking care of your Visa they will have to be your sponser, meaning the government will not allow them to sponser you unless they are legitimate.

BBB Better Business Bureau
They will tell you if they know anything bad about the company and verify the business and a real one for you. Also google the company name or phone number( don't know what info they gave you) and use that info. I would have them send me all offers in writting! You can always take legal action if they are fake if you have written proof.
