first I would say, maybe your just an attractive women, most mexican men I come across stare at me and im not white.
I would also say that some mexicans like whites, but not all, as everyone has different tastes. but unfortunatly i think people with lighter skin, like white people, is what society thinks as attractive.
For example, people in india perfer women with lighter skin. My freind(from Peru) says all the rich people there have light white skin. Im black and I notice in the black community, women with lighter complections are considered prettier.
So your answer, society deems light-white skin as prettier.
ps- I also heard that white women are considered more submissive that any other women of color (but i dont know if thats true)

they've been doing that to me since i was 14! i can't stand it! whenever i have to go pick up a couple of things at Walmart they follow me around and try to touch me, and stare continuously, now i start yelling at them because its just plain rude, and they try to act like they can't understand me, they know exactly what i'm saying!
