"Disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation or backup utlities. Check your hard drive configuration, and check for any updated drivers. Run CHKDK /F to check for hard drive corruption and then restart your computer."Have anyone got this before and how you guys solved it?

it says STOP:0x00000024(0x00190203, 0x82386490, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000)

I also tried to type "CHKDSK /F" but i cant type anywhere.

What you have is the BSOD problem, otherwise known as the Blue Screen Of Death.
The number you are getting is called the Stop Code, which is where your problem lies. The first set of numbers and letters is where you should look first. Then if a specific driver is associated with the crash it will come next.

0x00000024 denotes a NTFS_FILE_ SYSTEM problem. They are easy to pinpoint , but are time consuming to repair. One of the most basic causes is a loose or diconnected SATA cable, but being on a laptop you may want a pro to take a look inside.

If you can get to Windows click Start then Run and type cmd. This brings up a command prompt. At the flashing command prompt type chkdsk /f/r and reboot the system if promtped. The /f and /r switches attempt to fix file-system errors, then lokk for and mark any bad sectors before automatically rebooting when the scan completes.

EDIT... Who ever marked the answer above mine with a thumbs down is an idiot as it was correct also.

This is what is know as the BSoD or Blue Screen of Death. While a number of things can cause this crash, most often it is a faulty, newly installed or newly updated driver as the culprit. I strongly suggest you go into safe mode and open up your Divice Manager by accessing your System Properties. You do this by clicking on Start, selecting My Computer and Right Click on it. Select Properties on the shortcut menu. A window will come up with the tittle "System Properties". Click on the Hardware Tab, then click on Device Manger. Scroll down the list of hardware installed on your system and look for a yellow sign with an exclamation mark. Open up the area where this mark is and then either double left click or right click and choose Properties to open the hardware with the device problem. Now, click on the Driver Tab and then click one of these depending on your situation:

1. If you recently updated a driver, click Roll Back Driver.

2. If you have a faulty driver you will need to find a way to get to
the manufacter's website and go to support for an updated
driver. Download the driver, then go back into the device
manager and click on "install driver". follow instruction then
browse for the newly downloaded driver and click install.

If niether of these two items work you need to attempt to use System Restore to set your system back to a point in history before this trouble occurred. You will need to do some investigative work and check "what is new" to your system recently, did you install hardware componant, or a new software program, or update any software programs, receive any updates from microsoft, etc. Something happened recently which set this off in your system.

Also, to try to discover exactly what this error means take the Stop Error number you wrote above and access Microsofts Knowlege Base. Put the error into the query box and check out what it means and follow the instructions to correct the problem.

If you recently installed software or had a Microsoft Update, go into the Add/Remove Applet and remove the program, then reboot and see if your system reboots properly.

If you are completely unable to boot your system you will need your recovery disk to assist you in rebooting so you can access Safe Mode to do some of these investigative measures and to find and install any needed drivers or un-install hardware or software or updates recently added to your system.

Good luck and I hope you get your system fixed soon. Please remember that most all system problems can be resolved without re-installing your OS. Re-installing the OS is a drastic measure and usually not needed. Lazy techs often go for this measure first in order to avoid the work of just finding the issue and resolving it.

Take it to some place like Best Buy or any other place that sells electronics and see if they can fix it.
My dad went to best buy and they couldnt fix it, but they ended up giving him a new one that was even better and cost more for free
