I love to wear stilletto shoes but i find that when i'm out dancing my feet start to hurt quite a bit, is there any secret on what i can do so that the balls or palms(whatever you call it) of my feet will not hurt as much? etc. gels or something???

Yes, the squishy gel thingies will help immensely. The problem is that they take up space in your shoe, so if they fit snugly or tight, it will be even worse when you add the squishy pads.

Sometimes adding the little "traction pad" you can stick on the bottom to stop them from sliding on the floor gives you a little extra stability and keeps you from straining your feet as much trying to keep steady.

It needs practice, lots of it, to wear stilletto high heels properly and comfortably. You are in effect walking around on tiptoe with the minimum of support below your ankle.

But, in the final analysis, not everyone can conquer them.

wear those doctor shalls inserts. I haven't tried them but i heard they are good, and make sure you are buying the right size shoe for your feet.

Practice practice practice. You may also want to try to break them in a bit before dancing in them all night.
