No becuase originally there were little to no terrorists in Iraq. If we "Won" the war, the terrorists that have been created since the invasion of Iraq would simply flee and hide, plot and then act. Iraq has never been the center of the War on Terror, Afghanistan was, yet our president turned a blind eye to it, to go after Saddam.

i think its been pretty much accepted that the united states attempting to imperialize iraq has increased global terror. they have been empowered by a very visible enemy. if the united states packed it bags and left iraq there would still be american military in the rest of the middle east. if the united states left entirely even there are lasting scars. hundreds of thousands of dead in the name of american imperialism dosn't sit well with most people -- especially when it was an aunt, a daughter, a grandmother,

lol .... some people just dont get it ... the threat of terrorism is all in your mind ... you dont fight terrorism by bombing countries and taking over their oil.... i could be a terrorist ... your neibour could be a terrorist ... our founding fathers at the boston tea party were terrorist. Anyway, the war will not be "won" tomorrow in iraq because that theatre is already won .... its part of a larger warplan to subjugate the entire middle east and we wont be leaving there for decades .... the large military buildup and softening up of lebanon are pointing towards the next phase of the operation which is iran and syria ... the fighting you hear about in iraq is instigated by american psy-ops to keep the people there killing each other and to legitimize our presence there.

Probably very little. D-Day didn't end WWII after it was over. But it was the beginning of the end.
