Somtimes I may be listening to Yahoo music and if I want to open another homepage everything stops working automatically.I cannot even click start either to close or to restart.Please what do I do?

By pressing the CTRL, ALT, DELETE keys on your keyboard at the same time is a shortcut to your windows task manager. Here it allows you to monitor your computers performance. While frozen up click on the applications tab. Now you can either click on the End Task which will close that window, or New Task which will allow you to type in the address and windows will open it for you.

if your mouse freezes too its a hardware problem - most likely memory or hard drive.
