It was nice back in the old times but now it is just horrible. The big show as champ sucks.

Don't get me wrong. I'm glad its made it's way back to television. I'm a fan of chaos, mayhem, and the barbed wire. Sabu is a flippin' maniac and I love him. There is just something missing in the whole ECW product.
I think it is because we know it is from the WWE and for the true rebel fans, this is a hard a bitter pill to swallow. We want to show our support and represent, but there is no longer the "F*** U****" type of attitude, stickin' it to the WWE.... that ECW represented.
"Resistance is futile. We will assimilate you." Vincent "Borg King" McMahon.

It's not like the old days, but you have to figure it's a better deal for Paul and probably all the wrestlers. Sometimes they'd do the interviews in his mom's laundry room, and guys like Sabu would get paid $300 a night to wrap themselves in barb wire.
That said, it's still not that EC F'n W that I love.

I never liked it at first but im likeing it now, you gotta move with the times, the old ECW was great no doubt about it but if they never died, this is where they could be right now anyway, its better than Smackdown, which is'nt really hard

Vince likes to control all aspect of wrestling. that's why he's trying so bad to put TNA out of business. Paul didn't sell out he realize that he could compete with Vince's money.

its not that he sold his soul, it was the only chance he had at bringing it back, but he has to know that it will never be the same
