when we start talking we both start at the same time he had been flirting with me but now he has been avoiding me like needing to come around to take care of other things but avoiding me not seeing me. why is that

What exactly do you mean, "come around to take care of other things"? If you mean sex, then it sounds as if you are only being used as a booty-call. I would dump him and move on.

real simple....ask him!!! maybe he really is busy! if he flirted with you in the beginning, it could have been harmless flirting or showing he likes you. maybe you said or did something to turn him off. who knows. ask him and you will get the answer, but be prepared to get one you might not like!
