Vicks Vapor rub, put it in boiling water and put a towel over your head and breathe it in for about 5-10 minutes. It will help loosen up what is in there and it feels really good♥

Lots of fluids (drink water) and a humidifier - moisture and fluids in your body will help to break up the congestion in your chest.

Well drink lots of fluids, if you have to go somewhere during the day just take some medicine, motrin will help if your not alergic to it. and be sure to go to bed a little earlier than you normaly do
