I took that stuff for 6 weeks, and didn't feel any difference. It's tasty though! :)

Get Real. Actimel or Yakult or any other thin yoghurt drink isn't really going to make you feel healthy. It's a marketing ploy by the manufacturers. Eat a balanced diet, get some exercise, don't over-eat or smoke, and you should be fine. If not, see a doctor, don't buy runny yoghurt.

Did we have actimal 10 yrs ago NO - don't waste ya money, just eat a well balanced diet. There is not proof that these supliments work anyway.......

they say only 2 weeks, but I suspect you need to be eating more healthily overall. It's not a wonder drink.

Well my Dr told me i was wasting my money so i stopped buying it,but it didn't make me feel any different at all,so i would check with your Dr and see what he says,rather than waste your money
