Ok, so when i import songs into my itunes libary it doesn't give any info such as the artist and song. Thats my first problem. My second is that when i use to just use the pc to charge my Ipod is always asked me if i wanted to update the new songs on my ipod which meant getting rid of the ones that were one there. (why did they make it like that?) and so I checked the box that said "never show this message again" and well now i don't know how to do that now that i want to. Help Plz.

Regarding ur first problem, right click on the song in the itunes window and another window appears, click on GET INFO and manually feed the information. For the second part, plug in your ipod to ur pc and then the window of ipod will appear in itunesT. The icon of ipod also appears in itunes, here u can cange the settings .

Hey! I and that problem. If it meant getting rid of your songs and getting updaeted then you might as well start over and reinstall itunes and it will say it again like what it did to mine. Good Luck with that! For the artist though, dont worry about that you could always type it in the box area. First, just double click on the spot like "artist" then you will see you will be able to type there and from there you could type the information missing and it will show up on your ipod.

For your first problem, you'll have to feed the information manually. Just right-click in the song, then click on 'Get Info' and then in the Info tab, put the song information.

For second problem, just set your iPod to manually manage the songs. In order to do that, connect your iPod and when in iTunes, your iPod should appear. In the summary tab, check the box 'Manually manage music and videos'. This means that you'll have to load the songs by yourself by dragging them from the library into your iPod.

Good Luck!!
