The New Orleans Saints will win because they have great offensive weapons in Drew Brees, Deuce McAllister, Joe Horn, rookie Marques Colston, and of course Reggie Bush. The relatively unknown defense has been playing well all season, especially Scott Fujita and Mike McKenzie.
Besides an offense that has yet to show anything big, Tampa is bringing a rookie quarterback into the notoriously loud Superdome. The defense can be good, but the lack of offense will lose the game for the Buccaneers.

New Orleans, and Reggie Bush will finally get his first NFL touchdown. Tampa Bay has a very long season ahead of them.
The Saints have a great season ahead of them. They're coach Sean Payton, was a brilliant offensive coach for the Cowboys, and he took some of the Dallas staff with him. He also signed away some free agents from Dallas, and they've made a huge impact on the New Orleans defense.

New Orleans - 100%. They are playing in the Superdome, Reggie Bush (aka The Baby Matrix) is going to make a huge impact in this game. Chris Simms is out with a spleen injury (cause he got rocked in his last game - what a loser he's turning out to be!), The Duce needs to get his 100yard game in for his bonus, and the New Orleans defense is kicking a$$ and taking names this year. No matter what, 'Chuckie' can't turn Tampa Bay around this year - they just suck. Plus they are getting too old compared to New Orleans who's average age is only 27 whereas TB is close to 34. I'm callin' it - New Orleans wins 21-14 in a nail biter at the end.
