Re: The George Walker Bush Monument

I have the distinguished honor of being on the committee to raise
$5,000,000 for a monument of George Walker Bush.

We originally wanted to put him on Mt. Rushmore until we discovered there was not enough room for two more faces.

We then decided to erect a statue of George in the Washington, D. C. Hall Of Fame. We were in a quandary as to where the statue should be placed. It was not proper to place it beside the statue of George Washington, who never told a lie, or beside Richard Nixon, who never told the truth, since George W. Could never tell the difference.

We finally decided to place it beside Christopher Columbus, the greatest Republican of them all. He left not knowing where he was going, and when he got there he did not know where he was. He returned not knowing where he had been, and did it all on someone else's money.

Thank you,
George Walker Bush Monument Committee
P. S. The Committee has raised $1.35 so far

I think you should give Bush his $1.35 back. It's not nice to get his hopes up :)

In HELL---this guy does not deserve on monument and neither does his father. I think if you are going to give a monument to someone Bill Clinton is more deserving of one. Hell my right *** cheek is better deserving of one than Good Ole GW. He has done nothing but put many lives in danger and killed many of our upstanding citizens for no reason at all. i don't' agree with any of his tactics and he really really really does not deserve any sort of monument in his honor. Just ask my mom. She had many sleepless nights wondering if three of her grandchildren would grow up with a father and mother. if any one deserves a monument is the people who are over seas fighting this pointless war on his behalf while he sits here making our country more and more in debt. GW DOES NOT NEED A MONUMENT IN HIS HONOR. Tell that committee to put that money somewhere else for better things.

I think it should be placed near a public urinal so people could take a whiz on Georgey Boy and show what they really think of him. Or maybe it could be the new design for public toilets and people could unload into his open mouth (which would say nuke-you-lar and other Bush witticisms and mispronunciations every time someone left something).

Man that is a tough one. It could be placed in New Orleans, one of his greatest acheivements. Or maybe down town Baghdad where Saddams statue once stood. Oooo, Oooo I know on board the ship where he announced Mission Acomplished, that way it could have the flight jacket on that he wore. No, none of them would work. It will take 1000 years to collect half the money anyway, you have a long time to decide.

Sound like you've got it all figured out to me, I'd like to donate 0.01 if you could make the statue with his head being flushed down the toilet! Love the question, I got a good laugh!!

Should there be or is there any need for one? Whatever money has been raised by the so-called committee - fictitious or real - may be donated to a charity to help Katrina victims! I think the President will be just delighted your doing so!

I can tell you where they can put it, but I don't want to loose 2 points and have the Admin delete my post.
