Probably not. There'll be a momentum change after the '06 elections. Right now people are focalizing on the Foley situation, not realizing that the Democrats won't do any better than the Republicans, especially regarding the illegal-aliens issue, which is not even among their agenda's six main points. That might be the momentum changer. It wouldn't be surprising if you see massive riots in the U.S. in the next two years because of the illegal-alien situation. Only then will U.S. voters realize the importance of the problem.

quite the administration the Republican's have had of the government over the final few years is obviously no longer adequate to allow them to repair something. There are achievable 2 motives for this: the two the Republican are inept at information how government could desire to function, or the Democrats are very sensible and trapped them by their crafty in a capture to lead them to appear as if their inept.

If the congress is democrat and has a decent percentage of independents....... I could live with a more moderate conservative in the white house. Say John McCain?
