Avoid Topp's tiles, they're expensive and can be confusing as they don't give a price per square metre, just per tile. I think B&Q have an excellent range of tiles, and are cheap, also Wickes. Focus don't have a good selection, but what they do have is cheap. You're best bet if you can't find any in the bigger DIY shops is to look in your local, independant tile shops, they will have catalogues there to choose from, and can offer more advice than the bigger places.

for poor quality but cheap go to b&q etc. for something that will last do yourself a favour and find a shop that deals specifically in tiles
