Barry was born and raised in Witchita, KS and went to Witchita South High School (i think thats the right school), then after he graduated he attend the Oklahoma State University Cowboys and there procceded to win the Hiesman trophy, after that went into the draft and playeed for the Detroit Lions becoming rookie of the year....and one of the all time best Running Backs ever

Barry played well for Oklahoma State Cowboys and if i remember correctly he also won the Heisman Trophy in 1988 or 1989 im not sure which year though
