i need to get a good eyeliner that wont hurt my eye, and is smooth. also one that doesnt smuge your eye when it comes near to water.

I've tried almost every eyeliner known to woman, and I've finally settled on one that I've been using for over a year now. It's perfect, it's soooo smooth, it's almost like a crayon and it's practically smudge-free. It's also not one of those that you use and you cant even see that you've used eyeliner - it's pretty noticeable so a little bit goes a long way and it'll last you a while.
It's Rimmel!!! Rimmel's Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil and I use the color Jet Black (061). And when I really want to make it dramatic looking I use Love My Eyes liquid eyeliner on top of the line I drew with my Rimmel pencil. The effect is beautiful!! And they're both very very inexpensive.

It does exist!! I have never tried Lancomes eyeliner but have heard great things about it. However I have used MAC's both liquid and pencil, both are very easy to apply. For it not to smuge you would have to get a waterproof one, which MAC does have.

One of the best brands I've ever tried is Lancome. They have an eye pencil, but it's liquid. And it's totally easy to put on; waterproof, sleek, and thick are the words that describe it's results. If you want to find a cheaper one, CoverGirl mechanical or Physician's Formula Eye Brushette are really good too.

Try Lancome waterproof eyeliner or try MAC - they have great eyeliners as well.

covergirl's perfect point eyeliner. it doesnt smudge and dont gotta sharpen it.

try a liquid eyeliner...I like maybeline.
