Why are Asian girls and Asians in particular so suceptible to the American media to the point that it influences who they date? Why don't Asian girls date black guys? Is it because there are so few potrayals of BM/AF relationships? Why don't Asian girls date Spanish guys? Is it because there are absolutely no representation of Af/Spanish Male portrayals on TV?
Why do Asian girls date white guys so much more easily that these other two races? Is it because the media pairs them up everychance they get even though the majority of Asian relationships are between Asian males and Asian females?

I assume you are black or hispanic (or Blatino). In any case, I do see quite a few interracial relationships between these two ethnicities and asians. You have to note, however, that there are significant cultural barriers to these types of hookups, just as there arent a whole heck of alot of white girls - mexican/black relationships. But, I think there are PLENTY of examples of Brothas paired with asian girls in the media. Definitely more examples of this (ER, Grays Anatomy, any wesley snipes movie) than asian girl/ asian guy relationships. If anyone is screwed and has the right to complain, its the asian male.

well you date who you want to date media has something to do with it also. i am black and i date a asian woman so the relationships are out there and i have a best friend he is hispanic he also dates a asian woman who is korean so you have to search deep. also somebody said something about white men are more attracted to asian woman i believe that also media shows white men on there asian women see that and some are in provety they try to find a foreign husband like on the tv. But some do however marry cause the love one another some marry to get out of provety that goes for all races they date. but some black and asian relationships are now being shown on tv for example christina and burke from greys anatomy media is now showing just wait and see time will tell.

where did you get a crazy idea like that? I know of an Asian girl that married a black dude, and another that married a hispanic dude. I do like to blame the media for a lot of things, but this isn't one of them. I believe more white men are attracted to asian girls.

I lived in Japan for years, and my male black friends had the best luck with the Japanese girls. Many of the girls said they preferred black men. So I'm not sure I would say all Asian girls prefer white men.

actually, all my asian friends date either black or hispanic. most my cousins (who r asian) date usually black or hispanic. not one was intrested in white. even my aunt dates only blacks.

People can date whoever they want! I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF HEAR THIS! The media can't control people of what they do or who they date this is insane! Human relationships are not necessarily cultivated from how they are portrayed on TV. It's a little more complex than that.
