The role of the parent - in this is to talk about sex with their children, that includes the basics of what happens and what it means in a marraige. After that you're done, the rest is up to others.
The role of the doctor - A gynocologist visit is a good idea for any girl preparing for marriage, and can address any "size of her hole" issues.
The role of the husband - all the rest, timing and keeping your daughter comfortable is up to him.
Just love your daughter, and respect when it's your turn to be involved in this, and when it's not, she's probably already nervous enough and doesn't need you scaring her any more.

How to keep her happy? Don't be a jerk. She's not a machine, so there aren't a specific number of minutes to do anything, and she doesn't need to be broken or fixed. Make out, enjoy yourselves, and if it looks like she likes what you are doing, keep going. If it looks like she doesn't like what you are doing, knock it off.
FYI- Brake- that pedal in the middle on your car. Break- the act of destroying something. There's a spell-check button for a reason.
