I started working out about a month ago. It's not that I need to lose weight, but I would love to be more tone and less jiggle...especially in my thighs and belly. Every other day I do 30 minutes on an elliptical machine, 400 reps on a rowing machine, 60 sit ups, and 60 push ups. It kills me and takes everything I have to make it through the work out...but I just keep in mind the body I am wanting :-)

Yes. A friend of mine literally kidnapped me and took me to 24 Hour Fitness to sign up because at 4 months post partum, I kept whining about how I had no motivation to lose my baby weight. It's the best thing anyone has ever done for me. She also helped me get started on a healthy diet plan. I've lost about 10 pounds in the past two weeks.

At least 5nights a week. I push a broom, take trash out, wet mop a floor, walk to get cleaning supplies and clean bathrooms. I am a janitor in a high school. I definitely can keep the weight that way.

No but I should. I've been dealing with a bad case of depression and I know that walking and exercise would help, but I'm just totally not motivated...........:(
