I think some people are not understanding the question. Most people think the fabric is 'pilling', which it's not. As someone above posted, the fabric has seperated from the inner facings, which are used on certain parts to make it more stiff and add 'body' or shape. Usually this inner facing is attached to the fabric with iron-on 'adhesive' and it may detach if the suit has gotten wet, stretched or not well made. You can try ironing it to see if it re-adheres to the fabric.

its almost impossible to remove the bubbles, one of several things have happened. the outer fabric has seperated from the inner facings. or the outer fabric has stretched.
i would suggest you try preesing the jacket, carefully pushing the bubbles towards a part of the jacket where there not so noticeable

Hey, i had the same problem. just leave them for a while, and they'll go away in 2 - 3 decades. Though, I should warn you, at one point they will start to tell you about the pastry - related gifts that they bring, but you need to resist! stay strong! And, if you get a miniute, ask him where he got the purple cat suit, I want one, but I never got the chance to ask. =]

It doesnt bubble unless you havent hang it up or have stuck it under your bed or left it on the floor, pick it up and wash it, and dry it while hanging on the coat hanging, dont forget to pull it while wet to get any wrinkles or bubbling out and start looking after it.

You can buy a 'comb' for this problem. Try a fabric shop or go on the internet.
